I offer counsel in the handling of special assignments that may require the service and advice of independent counsel. I will assist in resolving the ethical and conflict issues that arise so often in practice. I offer an objective assessment of litigation at all stages of the process including trials and appeals. I will review the factual and legal issues, comment on the likelihood of success and if asked, make suggestions on strategy and advocacy. I will provide an objective and candid view of the case before a client accepts the risk that is always present in going forward with a major trial or appeal.
